What was the problem you were experiencing before contacting BEB
We were really early on in starting our consultancy business and we needed a set of T&C’s to send to customers, and we had no idea where to start.
What made you decide to contact BEB over other companies?
James had met Hazel through his BNI networking group, and they got on really well. We had heard feedback from other BNI members that BEB were great at what they do so we knew it would be great to work with them. And it’s always nicer to work with someone you already know.
How did BEB resolve the issue you were facing?
We had an initial face to face meeting to discuss our requirements and what the process would be to complete the document. Attention was also paid to the style in which we wanted the document. It was important to us that it was easy to digest and that in the worst-case scenario, everything was clear. We also provide a lot of different services, for example we don’t just offer our health and safety services, but we also have an advertising and media arm in the form of a YouTube channel and podcast. We were worried that this would complicate things, but this was also taken into account and covered easily during the process.
What was achieved as a result of BEB’s service?
We have a really comprehensive set of T&C’s which are bespoke to our business and we’re confident sending them out to our customers knowing that they will be understood and that we are covered if the worst was to happen.
Would you use BEB’s service again and/or refer other businesses to BEB?
We would absolutely go to BEB for all our future needs.
