STEP 1: INSTRUCTION
We take payment up front, so we would send you a pro-forma invoice. Once this is paid, we would get started.
STEP 2: WE WRITE THE FIRST DRAFTS
During the first consultation, we find out all about your business and its processes, so we can prepare first drafts ready for review and approval. Turnaround times for first drafts are usually 1-2 weeks but speak to us if it is more urgent.
STEP 3: AMENDMENTS
Either we have a follow up meeting or we can liaise via email, marking up the document in order to pick up on any changes and queries you may have. Any amendments must be made within 3 months from the date the first draft is issued.
STEP 4: WE FINALISE THE DOCUMENTS
We make any necessary amendments and prepare your final documents.
STEP 5: YOU CAN RELAX
You are now fully protected against any contract or legal disputes with your watertight terms and conditions.
PLEASE NOTE: Documentation quoted under the fixed-price package must be finalised within 12 months from the date the contract is formed. We will work with you to achieve this but you must use our services within this timeframe.
