• You've changed what you sell, or how you sell it
• You've started working with larger clients, or subcontracting work out
• You've taken on staff or contractors since the documents were written
• You've been sent a contract by a customer or supplier and aren't sure what you're agreeing to

A contract that does not match how you trade is often worse than no contract at all.
