What was the problem you were experiencing before contacting BEB
Before working with BEB, I didn’t have T’s and C’s. So I never had a consistent/standardised way of working with customers, especially when it came to payment terms and setting expectations for the number of revisions within a project. I first met Hazel and heard about BEB through BNI, and from this I learned the value of working on your own terms. It was at this point I decided to get my first set of terms and conditions with BEB.
What made you decide to contact BEB over other companies?
I loved how simple the process is, and the fact that BEB have written terms and contracts for many industries, over many years gave me the confidence that they would think of things that I definitely wouldn’t have considered.
How did BEB resolve the issue you were facing?
The T’s and C’s gave me a consistent, structured way of working, with the confidence to know that when needed, I can rely on my terms and conditions to ensure that our projects are staying within scope. And as the business has grown, it’s become so much more important, especially within negotiation scenarios. I genuinely can’t see how any business can operate without a set of terms.
What was achieved as a result of BEB’s service?

Would you use BEB’s service again and/or refer other businesses to BEB?
Absolutely. I’ve used BEB multiple times over the years, and have recommended them to other businesses too.
