We had some terms and conditions of sale that had been crudely constructed when we first started in 2015 but were not actually unique to our business. They also occupied 14 pages so as a real policy it was too difficult to manage and follow.

We have used BEB now on many occasions and have all made introductions to other businesses so yes we would and do!
Moving past start up into a more matured phase in our various companies and divisions the understanding and need for effective legal documentation has proven to be a real necessity. By understanding this importance we have since started new operations with a legal framework in advance rather than hitting an issue and retrospectively putting something in place.
