When did you become a client of BEB? (Month & year or just year is fine)

Hazel at BEB was recommended to us by our Accountants back in 2017 when we were looking for help writing out Terms of Business and formalise our employment contract. Over the years since, we’ve required assistance with contract work in general.

What was the problem you were experiencing before contacting BEB

Being a small business, we wanted to find a legal firm we could partner with; one that would offer us the right level of support, without charging us a fortune.

What made you decide to contact BEB over other companies?

Recommendation in the first instance. It soon became clear that BEB were for us – we wanted straight forward, clear advice, and didn’t need the gloss of a large firm. We also wanted to be able to liaise directly with the individual working on our Terms of Business.

How did BEB resolve the issue you were facing?

We’ve had several client contracts over the years to review as well as a couple of agreements. The advice we have received on these documents has been clear and straightforward. Hazel explains technically difficult legal clauses to us in ‘plain English’ – she explains things without patronising. We have always felt confident in the advice we have received – BEB advice looks to limit our liability wherever possible, and we feel our business best interests are always considered.
