The problem we were experiencing was people not paying invoices and we spent a lot of time trying to figure out what do to. It was really stressful and trying to take people to court on your own, without a solicitor is hard.

And so, I got recommended to BEB by my Virtual Assistant, I then spoke with Kerry and absolutely loved her. I loved that she wasn’t your stereotypical solicitor. She was normal, easy to build rapport with, we just get on really well and we have a great time on the phone even when discussing stressful things.

So, they resolved the issue in hand and then we moved to a retainer. We have a zero-tolerance policy now. If people don’t pay, they get a few reminders, and then we get Kerry involved. She just takes the whole process out of our hands, with Rebecca, and just keeps me updated.

Every single person that she’s got involved with has paid, so that’s what we’ve achieved as a result. We’ve had more time back, we’ve been less stressed, and we’ve got a positive outcome for everything that she’s worked on. I absolutely would use them again and I have referred other businesses to BEB. I would absolutely tell anybody looking for legal support and a retainer to contact BEB.
