1. What was the problem you were experiencing before contacting BEB
I was opening a new Bridal Boutique and realized that I needed T+Cs for my customers when they purchase a wedding dress. Kerry first created my T+Cs for customers when buying a wedding dress to order. She has since also created some for my website sales and also the sale of Preloved wedding dresses.
2. What made you decide to contact BEB over other companies?
I met Kerry through our Networking meetings. She was very knowledgeable and supportive and I trusted her. It was a very easy decision to make and she has been fabulous to work with other the last 3 years
3. How did BEB resolve the issue you were facing?
Kerry created a bespoke set of T+Cs for my customers ensuring that all aspects of the wedding dress purchase were covered. My customers sign this on purchase and they take a copy with them.
4. What was achieved as a result of BEB’s service?
The T+C’s are given to every customer on the order of their wedding dress. Both I and the customer can refer to this if we need to.
5. Would you use BEB’s service again and/or refer other businesses to BEB?
Absolutely, I wouldn’t use any other company and I always refer Kerry to colleagues, friends and family.
