Do I need a JCT?
When deciding on the type of contract you need, JCTs offer a lot of flexibility as there are so many different types of them. We’ve written a blog about it here. Some clients and contractors are soothed by the fact they know how a JCT works. It’s a standardised document which is commonly used within the industry, and it can often be a requirement of your employers and funders that you contract on a JCT basis with all parties included within the project.
